Kevin Fortney

Kevin grew up in South Florida with a father in the Real Estate Business both in sales and construction. As a lifelong resident, he has extensive knowledge of all areas in Broward county both east and west. His fondest childhood memories include accompanying his father after school to “Open Houses” of the 70’s era. This is where the passion for Real Estate and a keen eye for design began.

From there, Kevin’s career path segued into the aviation and hospitality industries which lead to traveling worldwide, introducing him to other customs, cultures, and lifestyles. His enthusiasm and his natural ability to communicate effectively with the public lead to a tenured position as a corporate trainer and recruiter for a major Airline.

Kevin is proud to join the Evie Fortney Group at Compass ranking the team in the top 2% of Realtor's nationwide offering 26+ years dedicated to Real Estate exceeding $300 million in sales, selling hundreds of single-family homes and condominiums. Experience includes representing buyers, sellers, land acquisition & development, overseeing and managed new construction builds.

For obvious reasons his passion for traveling will always be and while at home he enjoys the love of theatre arts, singing, and entertaining. He is an avid cyclist, a water sports enthusiast, an animal lover, and a philanthropist at heart.
